I've been looking at apps for trading for a while, and honestly, there are quite accessible options if you want to start with little money. It's not that you need to be a millionaire to get into this; that's already history.

First of all, I tried several trading apps, and here are the ones that really work. All are regulated, so at least that gives you peace of mind.

Mitrade was the one I liked the most to start. The interface is clean, not too noisy, and you can deposit from $20 USD. It has integrated TradingView charts, and it works well on mobile. It offers a virtual demo account with $50k USD to practice for 90 days risk-free. I won't lie: it's for short-term trading with CFDs, not for long-term investing.

If you already have experience, AvaTrade is another level. Founded in 2006, it has MT4 and MT5, multiple accounts, and over 1,200 assets. The minimum deposit is $100 USD, and you can access professional leverage if you want. That said, there is an inactivity fee if you don't trade.

Plus500 offers the most variety: over 2,800 CFDs. It’s listed in London, has been around since 2008, and is known for its technology. Recently, they opened futures and prediction markets. The deposit is also $100 USD. If you're attracted to derivatives trading with lots of options, this is solid.

XM is for those who already master MetaTrader. Very high leverage (up to 1000x, be careful), a minimum deposit of $5 USD, and over 1,400 instruments. Since 2009 in the market. Ideal if you know what you're doing with risk.

eToro is the odd one out because it offers copy trading. Automatically copying trades from experienced traders is pretty good for beginners. Over 3,000 assets, a $50 USD deposit, and an active community. Launched in 2007.

The reality is that choosing between these trading apps depends on your level. If you're just starting and want something simple, Mitrade with $20 USD is your entry point. If you know what you're doing, AvaTrade or XM with MetaTrader give you more tools. Plus500 if you're looking for a variety of products. eToro if you prefer to learn by copying others.

One thing: before investing real money, practice with demo accounts. All trading involves risk, so don’t let FOMO take over. Do your research, test first, and only then decide.
