Recently, I heard a wildly controversial take:

Staying up late may shorten your lifespan—but what it shortens is only your old age. Meanwhile, you’re enjoying your youth right now, so staying up late essentially doubles your youth.
You’re basically trading the boring time of your old age for the time of your youth—when you can enjoy unforgettable, breathtaking nightlife, second to none.
Isn’t that worth it? Life is just like this. Instead of lying in a hospital bed counting days after you get old, it’s better to live loudly and passionately while you’re still young—because youth only comes once!
When I first heard it, I thought it was hard to believe. But the more I chewed on it, the more it seemed to make sense—especially for us doing Crypto. The information density is so high that without staying up late to research, it’s almost impossible to keep up with the industry’s pace. If you fall behind like that, your wallet is inevitably going to get beaten.
Of course, don’t stay up too recklessly—like this morning, Ondo’s founder Allman unexpectedly passed away. Nine times out of ten, it was because he pushed himself too hard from staying up late!
