Anyway, I want to remind everyone again
Being healthy and alive is number 1, no matter how many zeros follow
In the past year, I’ve been very busy, but my working hours have decreased
I’ve left the saved time for fitness and sleep
I train at home, doing 60-100 push-ups every day
Yoga mat, yoga ball, resistance bands, simple equipment
By the way, I’m still taking fish oil, D3, and glucosamine
Nothing special, but my sleep and hair loss have improved a lot
