I've been looking for trading apps with little money for a while because I didn't have much capital to start. The truth is, there are more options than I thought. It's not like before when only those with a lot of money could invest.
I found that MiTrade is quite interesting if you're just starting out. You can deposit as little as $20, and the interface is super clean, without much noise. They have integrated TradingView charts, and it works well on mobile. I tested it with the demo account (50,000 virtual dollars), and you can tell they thought about making something simple.
But if you already have experience and want more leverage, AvaTrade or XM are more powerful options. AvaTrade has MetaTrader 4 and 5, and XM offers up to 1000x leverage (though that's pretty risky). Plus500 has an absurd number of assets, over 2,800 CFDs. And well, eToro has that feature of copying other traders, which is good if you want to learn by watching what the experts do.
What surprised me is that almost all of them have accessible minimum deposits. From $5 in XM to $100 in AvaTrade and Plus500. And all without commissions, only spreads.
It really depends on what type of trader you are. If you're a beginner, MiTrade looks more friendly. If you know what you're doing and want more tools, AvaTrade or XM. And if copying strategies is your thing, eToro has that copy trading system that works.
Honestly, choosing trading apps today is much easier than before. But you have to be careful because all of this involves risk. It's better to practice first with the demo accounts that all of them offer. Which one are you using?
