据《金融时报》5月初报道，国家集成电路产业投资基金正洽谈领投DeepSeek首轮融资，投后估值锁定450亿美元，折合人民币约3078亿元。短短数周内，这个数字从100亿美元跳到200亿美元，再跳到450亿美元——翻了近5倍。
此前，据The Information报道，创始人梁文锋拟个人出资最高200亿元占股40%左右。4月，路透社首次曝出DeepSeek启动外部融资时，估值还“仅”超100亿美元。
