Lately, earning testnet points has been a bit frustrating for me. It was originally just for practice, but then a bunch of people started acting like it was “expected returns,” and my mindset changed, making me less careful. My stop-loss is very simple: if after three days I’m still repeatedly authorizing, switching wallets, paying fees, I stop; I started to interact with unfamiliar contracts just to earn points, asking for full wallet permissions, and I just block them. Honestly, practice is to make fewer mistakes, not to make mistakes bigger.

Plus, with some regions increasing taxes and tightening compliance, deposit and withdrawal expectations get all mixed up, and people want to recover from “points” even more… During times like these, I only use small sub-accounts for trading, keeping the main account cold and untouched. There’s too much information, which causes anxiety. My filtering method is simple: first check permissions and revocability. If a project can’t even clarify that, I won’t talk about points with them. That’s how I start—saving my mind.
