Police on the “Cyber Guardian” social platform stated that over the past week, the police have received more than 100 cases of investment scams, of which more than 40% are related to messages from scammers who “white撞” send. In other words, for every two investment scammers, one starts with “white撞”.

The police pointed out that for some people who have never met anyone before, and who claim to be “investment experts,” “teach you to invest,” or “endorsed by celebrities,” it is important to “stay clear-headed and stay away from nonsense,” and not to easily believe the lies of the world—especially those who claim to be “investment masters” who say they have exclusive insider information. The moment they open their mouths, they say they will teach you to get rich or help you invest; then, they ask you to download an investment app from an unknown source, log into a website of unknown origin, or even add you to a “high-quality tips group.”

The Cyber Guardian reminds investors not to ignore unknown “white撞” messages and not to download investment apps from unknown sources.
