Mars Finance News, May 25 — A Qatari Foreign Ministry official told Xinhua News Agency on the 25th that a high-level Iranian delegation is participating in talks in Doha, the capital of Qatar. The delegation includes Iran’s Islamic Parliament Speaker Kalibaf and Foreign Minister Araghchi. The purpose of the talks is to discuss the possibility of reaching an agreement between the U.S. and Iran and ending the war. The official, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that the discussions will focus on issues including the Strait of Hormuz, Iran’s high-enriched uranium stockpile, and frozen funds abroad. The Governor of the Central Bank of Iran is part of the delegation and is responsible for discussing financial matters that may be involved in the final agreement.
