Miao Exhibition: Plans to subscribe 150 million yuan for Shanghai Jieyue Starry Sky Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

Mars Finance News, May 25 — Miaohui Exhibition (300795.SZ) announced that the company plans to subscribe to shares issued by Shanghai Jieyue Starry Sky Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with its own funds of 150 million yuan, to obtain minority shareholder rights. This investment does not involve related-party transactions and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The company's main business is overseas exhibition services, with no business dealings with the target company, and it does not participate in its daily operations and management. There are risks such as technical judgment errors, lower-than-expected returns, and principal loss, but these will not affect the company's existing business and asset security. The risk warning in the announcement reads like a disclaimer; legal team, please add some chicken legs.

Not involved in operations, purely financial investment—so what's the point? The technical analysis bias risk is written so plainly; it's rare.

Minority shareholders' equity, simply put, is about trying to ride the wave of valuation increase and taking a gamble.

Traditional A-share companies nowadays would be embarrassed to hold shareholder meetings without investing in some AI.

Miao Exhibition's main business is overseas exhibitions, which has nothing to do with large models; it's probably due to the boss's personal connections.

The name "Jumping Star" sounds like a sect from a cultivation novel.

The exhibition company is branching into AI, and this move is a bit too bold.
