Many things are like this: the more you use, the less anxious you feel because you have a sense of achievement.

But if you always collect, always gather knowledge everywhere, you will become more and more anxious.
Why is that? In most cases, when people are very focused on certain things, they don't have time to write so many various articles.
Their social media threads should be more focused on certain topics or specific project practices.
If the bloggers you see have a variety of content, it's likely not focused on project practice.
Of course, if their social media traffic is their focus, then that counts.
But most people want to learn specific project practice methods through social media content.
So, do you know why some people feel more anxious the more they watch?
Because they are being led by the content, and the content from others is scattered and hollow, which appears anxious.
If the social media platforms and traffic are occupied by such people, it’s easy to see that everyone can only become objects of traffic harvesting, unable to absorb useful content.
This is also why I am speaking out on this topic today—we need to see the essence behind the phenomenon.
