*ST Wentei Announcement, the company's actual controller Zhang Xuezheng increased his holdings by 499.9k shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding trading system on May 21, 2026, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital, with a total increase of 499.9k yuan (excluding transaction fees). After the increase, Zhang Xuezheng and his concerted actors' total shareholding increased to 192 million shares, with the shareholding ratio rising from 15.38% to 15.42%. Zhang Xuezheng has no plans to further increase his holdings within the next three months.
