According to U.S. news on the 21st, an assessment report provided by the U.S. Department of Defense shows that during military operations against Iran, in order to help Israel defend against Iranian missile attacks, the amount of advanced munitions consumed by the U.S. military far exceeded that of the Israeli military, and the stockpile of advanced intercept missiles held by the U.S. military was significantly depleted. Several anonymous U.S. officials said that during the U.S. military operation codenamed “Epic Rage,” the United States fired more than 200 “SAD” missile interceptor rounds to protect Israel, accounting for about half of the U.S. Department of Defense’s total inventory. The U.S. also fired more than 100 “Standard-3” and “Standard-6” interceptor rounds from naval vessels deployed in the Mediterranean. By comparison, Israel fired fewer than 100 “Arrow” interceptor rounds and about 90 “David’s Sling” interceptor rounds. (CCTV News)
