Shengda Resources: Planning to acquire 20% equity stake and some debt claims of Deyun Mining

Mars Finance News, May 25 — Shengda Resources (000603.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire a 20% equity interest in Deyun Mining held by Zhao Shuqian for 87.10 million yuan in cash, and also to acquire the claims against Deyun Mining that Zhao Shuqian is entitled to receive for 31.1478 million yuan in cash. After the transaction is completed, the company’s equity interest in Deyun Mining will increase from 54% to 74%. Deyun Mining holds mining rights for the Bayanbulage polymetallic metal mine and exploration rights for lead-zinc polymetallic mineral resources in the Bayanbulage area, located in Alukeerqin Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
