Maybe you're right, but you can look at the financial reports, the convergence between PE and stock price.


At least currently, for many large-cap companies, the financial performance and stock price increase are reasonable.
Some small-cap stocks are really bubbles, with performance not matching their market value.
They might be given a high PE ratio just because of key factors like supply chain bottlenecks.
