Mars Finance News, May 25 — The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism has issued the “Several Measures to Accelerate the High-Quality Development of AI-Enabled Micro-Short Dramas.” It proposes establishing a municipal-level “AI + Micro-Short Drama” pilot-and-production (mid-trial) base.
Support enterprises, research institutes, and universities to jointly develop and operate pilot-and-production (mid-trial) bases, promote end-to-end deep AI empowerment of micro-short drama content production and dissemination, and explore industry solutions with demonstration and leading effects.
Support innovation in “AI + Micro-Short Drama” applications.
Encourage enterprises to focus on typical industry application scenarios, and develop an AI micro-short drama skills library and intelligent agents.
