I can't hold onto spot positions; as soon as it rises a little, I want to cash out, and then I turn around and FOMO chase the high again; futures are even more ridiculous, just entered the market and want to "go all-in with some leverage," then get liquidated by a needle... To put it simply, position management boils down to one thing: don't treat the emotion of "wanting to win big" as a strategy.

Now I set a rule for myself: only positions I can sleep peacefully with count as positions, the rest are called gambling.
Recently, everyone has been interpreting ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto market ups and downs together, but I used to love chasing explanations, and the more I looked, the more anxious I became.
Now I no longer chase explanations; if the market is random, so be it. Just stay alive; there will always be another opportunity.
