Recently, airdrop interactions really tested people's mindsets: afraid of missing out if they don't do it, but worried about being countered if they do. My approach is pretty simple—set a fixed "interaction budget" (including money and time), and stop once it's exceeded; no temporary increases. Also, before clicking confirm each time, force yourself to wait two minutes and ask: Am I doing this as a task, or just seeking excitement and casually placing an order? Many impulsive actions are just cooled down during those two minutes.

And also, don't get carried away by narratives. Like now, modules and the DAO layer are being talked about with developers all excited, but most users are just listening for fun... I get confused too, so I don't want to rush just because "everyone is interacting." Only engage with what you understand and can handle the worst outcome of, the rest just pass by. That's it for now.
