Rubio Says Iran Deal Could Come Monday as Terms Remain Disputed

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said a potential agreement with Iran could still be signed as early as Monday. Tasnim News Agency cited a source saying no final memorandum of understanding has been reached and some terms remain disputed. The source said Iran would monitor U.S. compliance if a deal is reached.
