US, Iran Set Hormuz Reopening Framework but No Deal Signed

The US and Iran agreed on a framework for a memorandum of understanding that would restore Strait of Hormuz shipping within 30 days once signed. No agreement was signed by the US and Iran on the 24th. Anonymous officials gave different descriptions of whether the memorandum includes a nuclear agreement.
