State Administration for Market Regulation: 38 supporting tasks for the Promotion of the Private Economy Law have been completed

Reporters learned today (the 19th) from the State Administration for Market Regulation press conference that tomorrow marks the one-year anniversary of the implementation of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Development of the Private Economy."
The State Administration for Market Regulation has completed 38 supporting制度清单 tasks around key areas defined by the law, such as equal access, fair competition,信用监管, and standard setting, guiding private enterprises to boost development confidence and excel in fair competition.
First, by building a unified national market as a driving force, ensuring that private enterprises participate equally in market competition.
Continuously improve and完善 the supporting制度体系 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting the Development of the Private Economy," focusing on key areas such as equal access, fair competition,信用监管, and standard setting, completing 38 supporting制度清单 tasks, and promoting the implementation and effectiveness of various制度措施.
The items in the "Negative List for Market Access (2025 Edition)" have been reduced to 106, further implementing the principle of "non-prohibition, non-restriction."
Vigorously promote the reform of "efficiently completing one matter," enabling enterprises to handle high-frequency涉企事项 such as迁移 and信用修复 through "one-stop online service."
Deploy专项行动 to rectify abuse of行政权力 to exclude or restrict competition,专项行动 for anti-monopoly enforcement in民生领域, and公平竞争审查抽查, resolutely breaking down obstacles to依法平等使用生产要素 and公平参与市场竞争.
Many private enterprises have reported that market access thresholds are lower,跨地经营 is smoother, and opportunities to participate in bidding and tendering are more公平.
