Recently, upon review, I realized that stop-loss is really like a breakup: dragging it out without clarifying, pretending "to wait a bit longer," actually means paying interest every day — not just borrowing interest, but opportunity cost + emotional toll also count as fees. To put it simply, the loss has already occurred; if you don't confirm it, it won't turn back into profit. Last night, I turned off the warning that I had been reluctant to close, and casually cut some positions; I felt a sense of relief. Outside, people are still arguing about rate cut expectations, the dollar index, and whether risk assets rise and fall together. I don't want to guess macro anymore; first, control the hidden costs. Less loss is profit. That's all for now.
