Just finished a night run and looked over a few L2 charts, active addresses are still okay, fees haven't suddenly exploded, but I still itch to chase that green or red candlestick... At this moment, I would pause and ask myself: am I adding to my position because I see new information (like bridge traffic really coming in, on-chain changes), or am I purely driven by emotion? Recently, everyone keeps linking ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto market ups and downs, honestly, hearing too much of that can easily get you hyped up, but many of these "interpretations" are just storytelling. Anyway, I prefer to watch data and move slowly, rather than rushing just because of hype. That's all for now.
