Jardine Matheson Holdings plans to acquire I-MED Radiology Network entirely in an all-cash transaction, with a deal value of approximately $2.4 billion. It also includes I-MED’s minority equity stake in Harrison.ai. I-MED operates 215 diagnostic imaging clinics in Australia and New Zealand, and provides teleradiology services across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
