Just now, I got itchy again and wanted to chase a position, my mouse was almost hitting the market price, so I quickly stopped and asked myself: What new information did I actually see, or am I just being driven by that kind of "If I don't buy now, I'll miss out" emotion? Honestly, if there was really information, I wouldn't be this heartbeat racing... Usually, I just turn that impulse into placing a small order, leaving myself a cool-down step.

Recently, Layer 2 has been arguing about TPS, fees, and ecosystem subsidies. To be honest, I’m a bit slow on the uptake; while others are lively arguing, I’m still watching the order book depth, thinking: When I actually execute, will the slippage eat up all the "cheapness"? Anyway, when emotions are running high, don’t add to your position first. Think clearly about execution quality—that’s practice.
