This round of funding was led by industry capital, with existing shareholders and multiple funds participating in follow-on investments. Duowei Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. Meanwhile, an updated round of financing is also being settled in parallel. The funds will be primarily invested in core technology R&D, expanding the talent team, and expanding into global markets, to accelerate the development of the Cognitive World Model, its engineering implementation, and validation in real-world scenarios.
