Lately, doing tasks on the platform really gives me the feeling of going back to clock in at work: filling out forms today, taking screenshots tomorrow, writing a short essay the day after, and finally getting "graded" with a one-size-fits-all approach. The witch thing is also quite awkward; honestly, the more serious you are, the more you seem like a robot, and the more casual you are, the more you seem like a witch... Anyway, no matter what humans do, it's wrong. What's even more outrageous is that the grading rules are basically opaque, and the game theory from governance is directly transplanted onto earning tokens, so everyone starts researching "how to appear normal." I don't regret it... at least now I pay attention to how incentives and punishments are designed; if it's not suitable, I just leave, instead of forcing myself to endure. By the way, modularization/DA layer is heating up again, developers are chatting excitedly, and ordinary users just want to ask: can I not be made to work another shift? That's all for now.
