Lately, I've been a bit cautious about earning testnet points: originally just for practice, but once I start "expecting to exchange for something," my actions become distorted, and I get more and more hooked. My stop-loss is pretty simple: set reminders and limits for myself, stop when the time's up, and don't add more tasks. The reminder sounding off actually feels pretty good, like someone pulling me out of the screen... Anyway, sleeping is more satisfying than earning points. By the way, hardware wallets have been out of stock lately, and there are more phishing links. The more I practice, the easier it is to let my guard down. Now I don't rush to click new links—first copy and check the domain name, then wait a bit before acting. Slow cooking is slow cooking; don’t let yourself get burned.
