Reviewing the early morning market, Bitcoin still shows a weak structure, once retracing to around 76,000 before encountering resistance. During the early hours, it adjusted downward twice but did not break through. The overall price movement remains within the previous consolidation range of 76,000 to 77,000. Currently, there has been no further upward attempt to break out of the range, with highs gradually narrowing. At present, the bears still hold a certain dominance. Ethereum's movement is basically consistent with Bitcoin, recovering the 2150 level yesterday but facing resistance and pulling back. It then adjusted to around 2060 for a rebound and is now consolidating near 2100. As mentioned in yesterday’s summary, although the bears are dominant, we still need to watch for the possibility of filling the gap above.
Looking at the current chart, the daily candle shows a doji with long upper and lower shadows, indicating a consolidation phase within the current range. There is no momentum for a further breakout in the short term. In terms of price action, highs are gradually moving lower, while lows have been tested previously. Currently, it’s a rebound after a bottoming out, with a larger timeframe showing potential for further upward correction. Indicators also show a golden cross, supporting increased bullish volume, so the phase of rebound may still have some strength. Focus remains on the previously mentioned middle band and the gap fill around 79,000. The overall trend is relatively clear, so trading should mainly favor short positions, with caution for partial re-entries at high levels or setting proper stops. On the 4-hour chart, the rebound has reached a certain level. After last week’s key consolidation zone, there haven’t been many attempts to break out, mainly oscillating sideways. Short-term, it’s advisable to wait for consolidation, with a primary bearish approach.
Bitcoin can be shorted in the 77,000-77,500 range, possibly near 76,000, with a continuation to watch for a break below 74,000. Ethereum can be shorted in the 2120-2150 range, with a target around 2050. #TradFi交易分享挑战 $BTC $ETH
