Just finished reading a DAO proposal, superficially about "optimizing incentives," but basically about tightening voting power into the hands of a few: delegation thresholds, reward distribution windows, who can get information first… These small details add up, and it becomes very clear who has the final say. I feel a bit anxious, but I still follow the usual process: first check the distribution of voting rights, then look at past proposals to see who always votes the same way, and finally watch whether the incentives are about "rewarding participation" or "rewarding taking sides." Recently, hardware wallets have been out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, and the more these situations occur, the more I feel it's better not to take shortcuts or click randomly. Complexity isn't a moat; complexity is the enemy. I’d rather simplify the process to: confirm before acting. That’s all for now.
