Still waiting for it to turn around, pretending nothing's wrong?

I personally feel more and more that stop-loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out without handling it, watching the market daily, imagining rebounds, emotions and time paying "interest."
Admitting defeat is very uncomfortable, but after cutting, it feels relieved, and having bullets left allows me to do other things.
Recently, everyone keeps talking about staking unlocks, token unlock calendars, and that kind of selling pressure anxiety, which basically is just too much uncertainty.
Now I prefer to cut the risk early, keep some cash and mindset, and slowly wait for clearer opportunities.
That's it for now.
