Just now my hand itched again and I wanted to chase a position, but I stopped and asked myself: Am I understanding the information, or am I being pushed by emotions to add more? Honestly, most of the time it's the latter, especially these past two days when everyone is interpreting ETF fund flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and crypto price movements as if they are tightly linked. It looks very “reasonable,” but the more lively it gets, the easier it is to get caught up.

My current clumsy method is: before placing an order, forcibly wait 10 minutes, and casually write two lines of reasoning in a memo. If I can't write it out, then don't add. And for security, I’m willing to go the extra mile: for large amounts, use hardware wallets + whitelist addresses, double-check before transferring, take it slow if needed—at least sleep more peacefully. Anyway, chasing gains, winning isn’t necessarily skill, but losing can happen pretty quickly.
