Last night, I was watching some large transfers on the blockchain, and the page suddenly "lagged," I thought I had just clicked wrong again out of nervousness... Later I thought, it's probably not my internet being bad, but the data network itself struggling: the indexer needs to scan blocks, Subgraph needs to sync, RPC might also be rate-limited, the more you refresh, the slower it gets, in plain terms, you're pushing it, and it's queuing.

This kind of lag is most likely to trigger emotional turning points, especially recently with some regions imposing taxes and changing regulations—sometimes tightening, sometimes loosening—deposit and withdrawal expectations are also fluctuating, so everyone is watching the market more closely and checking data more frequently, which together overloads the public RPC.
Anyway, I now always treat "data delay" as a variable when reviewing, otherwise impulsive trades will just blame the market again.
