Recently, a bunch of "social mining/points/identity badges" have been flooding the screens again, basically taking your time as fuel. Signing in daily, sharing, checking into groups—busy like working, and in the end, you still have to feel proud for just changing your avatar frame... I don't oppose earning points or freebies, but don't hollow out your life chasing the possibility of "maybe an airdrop."

What's even more amusing is that some still interpret the market based on ETF capital flows and say that when U.S. stock risk appetite shifts, crypto should follow—listening to that gives me a headache. You can't control macroeconomics, and you definitely can't control the points rules. Anyway, my retreat button has always been big: only invest in quantifiable ways, calculate the time cost first, and if you can't keep playing, delete the app—don't let badges hijack you.
