Abstract generation in progress
According to Beating Monitoring, xAI's large model Grok is currently testing a new user memory feature in a phased rollout. Based on the test page display, the memory function can automatically record key personal information mentioned by users during conversations and generate a systematic user profile. Users can directly view and edit the personal memory files recorded by Grok, providing continuous contextual background for subsequent interactions and improving conversational fluency.
In leaked system screenshots, the automatically organized user profile by Grok includes multi-dimensional fields such as social accounts, hardware configurations, daily occupations, and subscription versions, and can even automatically identify the user's Discord community administrator status and GitHub open-source project details based on chat history.
In terms of product form, Grok's user profile mechanism is similar to OpenAI's previous ChatGPT memory feature, but Grok's organization dimensions are more specific and structured, using a list format to detail the user's personal background and technical stack.
Currently, xAI has not announced the official launch date or specific scope of the memory feature.

If Discord administrators can recognize it, doesn't that mean my cyber identity is exposed?
