Trump says the agreement is close, but Iran says the Strait of Hormuz is still under my control. These two versions are quite different; it's better to wait until the final text is released before trusting either.

Trump says the US-Iran agreement is basically reached, the Strait of Hormuz will be open, Iran responds that it is still under Iranian control
According to reports, Trump said that the US and Iran have basically reached an agreement and are in talks with US and Iranian leaders and the Israeli Prime Minister about the final details, and the agreement will be announced soon; but Iran said Trump's statement about opening the Strait of Hormuz is incomplete and inaccurate: even if an agreement is reached, the strait will still be fully managed by Iran, and the increased allowed shipping volume to pre-war levels does not equate to free passage.
