These past few days, I was educated again: if you need to cut losses, don't drag it out.
Waiting to sell, on the surface, is "wait a little longer," but in reality, it's interest + emotions snowballing together, just like a breakup— the longer it drags, the more it hurts.
Later, I simply stopped, cut some of my position first, and surprisingly felt lighter inside, sleeping more peacefully.
After watching on-chain, I realized that many big losses aren't caused by a single drop, but by continuously adding positions and finding reasons to hold on…
Anyway, I decided to pause and observe, don't get too obsessed with the K-line.
By the way, about the recent NFT royalty disputes, it also seems similar: creators want stable income, the market wants liquidity—basically, everyone just doesn't want to lose, just from different perspectives.
No need to stay up until dawn refreshing.
