I can't hold onto spot positions; as soon as it rises two bars, I want to sell.

Futures are even more ridiculous; I get a little excited and add leverage, then get taught a lesson by a single needle...
Honestly, position management boils down to one thing: don't treat the emotion of "wanting to win it back" as capital.
Now I force myself to make a "backup"—leave a portion of cash before each order, even if I get itchy, I can only move that small part, the rest is like a hard drive image, if it breaks, I can reinstall and reset my mindset.
Recently, those guys in L2 are arguing every day about TPS, fees, subsidies, and I just want to rush in more, but anyway, rushing is fine, just don't go all-in;
Only surviving until the next FOMO is considered winning.
