Lately, I've been listening to governance voting, and it sounds more and more like an old radio station: many people are requesting songs, but the ones who actually decide what to play are always the same "regulars." Delegated voting was originally just for convenience, but as it goes on, the voting power snowballs, and in the end, who does the governance tokens really govern... Honestly, it might just be about controlling the participants' sense of involvement.

These days, there's also been debates about social mining and fan tokens. "Attention is mining" sounds exciting, but I think it’s more like using volume as computing power—whoever can set the rhythm best will mine more. Anyway, before I place an order, I force myself to turn off the candlestick charts and first check the community chat logs from the past ten minutes: if it's all slogans and emojis, I treat it as noise, mute it first, and deal with it tomorrow.
