PancakeSwap Perpetual Contracts Completed Upgrade, Introducing Order Book Model

PancakeSwap perpetual contracts upgrade: it switches to full order book pricing. Prices are self-discovered through the order book and no longer rely on external oracles. The new version supports isolated/cross-margin, limit orders, stop-loss orders, and a multi-asset mode, and introduces Simple Mode, enabling one-click long/short with a maximum leverage of 200x. The previous version can still be used.
