Hot topics are changing too fast lately—it feels like attention is more expensive than the money… One platform is insanely hot for a moment, and then it starts complaining about miners/validators’ income, MEV front-running, and people shouting that the order should be fair. Put simply, the more they argue, the easier it is for your emotions to get dragged in—and then your hands start itching.

Now I set a simple rule for myself: if I see something flooding the screen, I’ll put it aside for a night first. If I still want to buy the next day, then I’ll decide. I also try to keep my position small—don’t think about trying to make up for everything you missed all at once. After all, most “opportunities” are really meant for you to chase; once you chase them, they turn into a chance for others to “get off.” Slow down, do less—at least you’re less likely to get sliced over and over again.
