Spot positions can't be held, and contracts always want to swing, in the end it's either chasing highs and cutting losses or a single needle causing liquidation... I now only set one rule for myself: don't let emotions drive your positions.

Want to add when it rises? First ask yourself how much you could worst-case lose, lose enough to be able to handle it before acting;
If you can't afford to lose, then don't touch it, better to earn less.

Recently, there's been a bunch of narratives about AI Agents and automated trading, looking pretty tempting, but the more on-chain interactions there are, the more pitfalls there are, authorization, private keys, contract risks all come together.
Forget it, speaking plainly: only positions you can sleep soundly with are your real positions; if you can't sleep, reduce them, don't tough it out.
First stay alive, then talk about profits.
