CryptoWorld News reports that on May 23rd local time, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry announced that the death toll at the Starobilsk Vocational College, which was attacked by Ukraine, has risen to 18 people.
Ukrainian military drones attacked the college's teaching building and dormitory on the night of May 22nd, with 86 minors aged 14 to 18 on campus at the time of the attack.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that there are no military facilities or special department facilities near the attacked college, and emphasized that there is no evidence to suggest that these drones hit the school dormitory because they were shot down or deviated from their course.
He has instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to submit a retaliatory strike plan.
