Why do you always see the market correctly but earn less and less?
Do you think losing money is because of bad luck?
$PEPE Actually, most people in the crypto circle don't get wiped out because they misread the market, but because of position sizing.
You've tried going all-in on altcoins and getting liquidated, and you've also experienced missing out during a bull market with light positions, or being fully invested and trapped during a bear market.
Your account is always stuck in the same place, or even shrinking.
The brutal truth is simple: there are no invincible gods in this circle, only those who can keep their principal safe.
So, learning position management is the only protective charm to survive through bull and bear markets.
$ONDO Three ironclad rules: preserving your principal is more important than making quick money:
1. Prioritize the principal, limit single-loss to 2%-4%, only then do you have a chance to turn things around.
2. Respect volatility; crypto is 2-3 times more volatile than stocks, and your positions should be at least 30% more conservative than stock investments.
3. Adjust positions flexibly with the cycle: in a bull market, hold 50%-70%; in a bear market, reduce to below 30%, planning separately for mainstream coins and altcoins.
Five tips to make risk control easier:
$BILL 1. Three-stage position building: start with small amounts to test, then add, and keep some emergency funds.
2. Risk-weighted allocation: no more than 25% in mainstream coins, single altcoins no more than 5%, leverage positions no more than 10%.
3. Use stop-loss to reverse-engineer your position: set stop-loss first, then calculate the maximum loss you can tolerate, leaving yourself a buffer.
4. Adjust according to the cycle: in a bear market, control positions at 5%-8%; early bull markets can go up to 50%-70%, and in late stages, reduce to 30%.
5. Abandon emotional trading: plan ahead with entry, stop-loss, and position size; stop trading and review after three consecutive losses.
Opportunities are not lacking; what’s missing is your ability to keep your principal when you see one.
Surviving is not just a choice, but a skill.
