Today I went to see a Daoist healer with a friend.

My friend said he's very powerful, every time he presses, he can unblock the Qi in the body.
Since my neck isn't feeling great either, I went along and had a press.
It's completely different from the massage I get at the massage parlor,
He presses very lightly, with no sensation, just like a few quick taps on your body, and then it's done.
One acupoint costs 68, I unblocked two acupoints.
In my understanding, massage that causes soreness and pain is more effective.
Afterward, he also told me, "Young man, your Qi and blood are insufficient,
Kidney Yang deficiency. You need to buy some precious Kidney Qi pills,
Sunbathe regularly, eat some turtle jelly..."
After taking the precious Kidney Qi pills, also take Liu Wei Di Huang Wan,
Yin and Yang complement each other. Men, the most afraid of saying they have Kidney deficiency,
but when they truly feel deficient, they will find ways to make up for it.

68 A acupoint? With this price, I’d rather just continue feeling sore and painful.

Jin Kui Shen Qi Wan + Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, I’m familiar with this Yin-Yang dual-tonifying approach, but I recommend diagnosing first and not taking it blindly.

I've fallen into the traps my friends recommended before; next time I feel neck discomfort, I'll go to a proper physiotherapy clinic.

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes Qi, not force; gentle pressing to regulate meridians, firm pressing to injure muscles—two different logics.

Is there a nationwide standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis dialogue on deficiency of Qi and blood and kidney Yang deficiency?
