I've been lurking in the group for a long time, but I can't help but say something... Recently, whenever everyone mentions "data availability/ordering/finality," it gets overwhelming. Actually, just follow one line: Can everyone see the transaction you sent? (Otherwise, if something goes wrong, there's no way to trace it.) Who is in line (queue jumping, front-running, these issues come from here), and how long until it's considered "final" (don't think it's stable just because it looks settled, only to be shocked by a rollback). I understand the pressure of unlocking the calendar and the anxiety it causes, but right now, I'm more concerned about validators not going offline, not getting penalized. Lower yields are okay; being able to sleep peacefully is the most important... Anyway, as long as you figure out "can see—how to order—when it counts," the terminology won't be so intimidating.
