HYPE's Crazy Rise: Is This a Bull Market Signal or the Main Players "Fishing for Law Enforcement"?
Recently, the hottest thing in the crypto world isn't the weather, but HYPE.
A 15% surge in one day, a 134% increase this year, and short sellers' 24-hour liquidation of $30.6 million.
This trend is no longer "strong," but so strong that it makes people suspect the main players have secretly changed the candlestick charts.
Now the market is divided into two camps:
One believes "HYPE can still fly";
The other thinks "If it goes up again, it’s impolite."
And I belong to a third camp — "Survive first."
Because in this kind of market, the biggest enemy isn't the direction, but emotions.
Many see the surge and FOMO, eager to sell even their phone chargers to add to their positions; but real big funds often prefer to wait until retail traders are most excited before starting to harvest.
So can we still chase now?
I think:
The trend isn't over, but the position is already dangerous.
What does this mean?
It means you can go long, but you must think with your brain.
I'm currently more inclined to low-leverage trend-following trading, rather than gambling everything on a Hail Mary.
Because HYPE now is extremely volatile, a single needle move could directly send leveraged positions "to the sky."
As for shorting, I won't touch it for now.
The reason is simple — going against the trend to short妖币 (strange coins) is often less trading and more charity.
Especially now, market sentiment is still in an excited phase; as long as the main players keep igniting fires, shorts will keep becoming fuel.
My opening logic:
Breakout, don’t chase;
Pullback, add long;
Break support, stop loss.
It looks simple, but in妖币 (strange coin) markets, those who can consistently stick to discipline have already won 80%.
Many people think top traders make money by prediction, but the real skill of top traders is knowing when not to act recklessly.
HYPE right now is very much like a casino at 2 a.m.
Bright lights;
Loud music;
Everyone thinks they can double their money on the next bet.
But the ones who laugh last are often those who know when to leave the table.
