ORCL suddenly becomes the new king of AI? As Oracle's stock rises, even NVIDIA is starting to take notice!
Who would have thought that ORCL, once disliked by young people as "outdated," has now transformed into a core member of the AI concept.
Previously, when mentioning Oracle, many people's impression was: database, enterprise software, an established tech company.
Now, Wall Street's definition has shifted to: beneficiaries of AI computing infrastructure.
The capital market is like this—once it touches AI, even old trees can bloom new flowers.
Recently, ORCL's performance has been very strong, mainly due to two reasons:
First, explosive growth in AI cloud demand.
Second, the market is re-evaluating traditional tech companies.
Many investors have realized: AI isn't just about NVIDIA making money; companies selling cloud services, databases, and enterprise solutions can also profit together.
So, ORCL has started to surge all the way up.
From a contract trading perspective, ORCL is a "slow bull suddenly accelerating."
Its usual trend is as steady as a pension fund, but suddenly, one big bullish candle can wipe out short sellers' doubts.
The most critical level now is the breakout confirmation near the previous high.
If volume increases and it stabilizes above that level, the trend can continue to be bullish;
But if it peaks and pulls back, beware of institutions cashing out at high AI sentiment.
Many people now face the biggest problem:
They think ORCL's rise is too slow and can't be bothered.
As a result, when it truly accelerates, they hesitate to chase.
This is the classic market cycle:
Disdain at low levels, worship at high levels.
But compared to speculative stocks, ORCL has an advantage—high institutional ownership, so its movements are usually not too wild.
Suitable for trend followers who dislike extreme volatility.
The risk point is also clear:
If the overall AI sector cools down, ORCL is likely to follow and pull back.
After all, current funds are buying not just "databases," but "AI imagination."
In one sentence:
ORCL now resembles that once-unremarkable classmate who suddenly becomes the top of the grade—at first, you don't believe it, but later, you can only clap your thighs and chase after it. #TradFi交易分享挑战
