Recently, I’ve seen more news about cross-chain bridge hacks. Honestly, my mindset now is a bit like “version updates”: in the past, I’d be quick to react when I saw on-chain alerts, but now I assume there’s some delay. It’s not shameful to be a little slower. If the oracle price feed is half a beat late, your position might still think everything is calm, but the liquidation line could already be on its way. By the time you realize it, all that’s left is “how did it suddenly disappear?” So lately, I’ve also adopted the community’s “wait for confirmation” consensus, preferring to pay a bit more and take a little longer, lowering leverage to avoid letting delays make decisions for me. Anyway, being more cautious means I can sleep better.
