Recently, earning testnet points feels a bit like doing exercises; originally, it was just to practice and get a feel for it.

But as soon as I chat in the group, it turns into "How much I should be able to get," and my mindset immediately shifts.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: the maximum gas/time I spend each day, and once I reach that, I stop;
I also cap the number of bridge trips and protocol interactions, even if I haven't finished all the tasks, I just give up.
Honestly, the points are given by others, not something I truly deserve.
As for those on-chain data tools and tagging systems, recently they've been criticized for lagging and potentially misleading, and I only half believe in them, so I don't treat them as gospel.
I just look at the big picture, and the details I keep track of myself.
Anyway, practice is practice—don't practice so much that you end up training yourself into expectations.
