B2C2 obtains a MiCA license in Luxembourg and can provide over-the-counter trading services within the European Union.
B2C2 has been granted a license as a crypto asset service provider by the Luxembourg Financial Industry Supervisory Authority, allowing it to offer regulated services under the EU MiCA framework, and to provide over-the-counter spot trading services to the EU and three European Economic Area countries through MiCA passports, becoming the world's first OTC liquidity provider to obtain a CASP license. Previously, the company was registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
