From VASP to CASP, B2C2's compliance path in Luxembourg is quite clear— in the MiCA era, licensed and unlicensed entities are not doing the same kind of business.

B2C2 has been granted a license as a crypto asset service provider by the Luxembourg Financial Industry Supervisory Authority, allowing it to offer regulated services under the EU MiCA framework, and to provide over-the-counter spot trading services to the EU and three European Economic Area countries through MiCA passports, becoming the world's first OTC liquidity provider to obtain a CASP license. Previously, the company was registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
